1. CA

Criteria:
Age – Below 28 Years
Experience – Minimum 1+ Year.
Education – B com , CA
Roles & Responsibility -
1. To handle Bank Finance – BG, New Loan Proposal
2. TDS deduction ,payment and return filled.
3. Statutory Audit
4. Tax Audit
5. Routine accounting SAP work
Computer Skills – The candidate should be well versed in :
1. MS office
2. SAP
Languages – Marathi, Hindi and English communication. Mail Communication with foreign consultants and fast comprehension.
Submission with CV and Photo – 10, 10+2 and Graduate Marksheets
Salary will be commensurate with experience and outputs.

2. CS

Criteria:
Age – Below 28 Years
Experience – Minimum 1+ Year.
Education – B com , CS
Roles & Responsibility -

3. In-house Architect

Criteria:
Age – Below 30 Years
Experience – Minimum 6+ Year of Project Related Works.
Education – B. Arch +
Minimum Criteria – Led minimum 2 projects from concept to completion (in MIDC area will be a added advantage)
Type of Projects – IT building, Multi Level Car Parks (Precast knowledge will be additional advantage) with services integration like MEP, HVAC, PHE etc.
Roles & Responsibility -
1. To lead Mega project planning team with 1.2 million sft BUA with principle architect from abroad
2. Coordinate with principle architect
3. Coordinate and incorporate details from Structural Team
4. Coordinate and incorporate details from Services Team
5. Coordinate and incorporate details from Client
6. MIDC rules and regulations shall be strictly complied
7. Assist in all respects for getting the plans sanctioned from Authorities
8. Drafting in Floor plans and sections in CAD
9. Incorporating Services in Revit/ equivalent BIM

Computer Skills – The candidate should be well versed in :
1. AutoCAD
2. Revit 3D BIM
3. 3D Max
4. MS Excel and PPT
5. Sketch-Up
Languages – Marathi, Hindi and English communication. Mail Communication with foreign consultants and fast comprehension.
Submission with CV and Photo – 10, 10+2 and Graduate Marksheets
Salary will be commensurate with experience and outputs.

4. In-house Architect

Age – Below 30 Years

3. Store Executive

Criteria:
Age – Below 24 Years
Experience – Minimum 2 Year of Experience Store Related Work.
Education – Any Graduate
Roles & Responsibility -
1 Physical Verification of Stock
2 Overall management of store activates
3 Organize the day to day stores and purchase works of all materials incoming & outgoing
4 All stores ledgers updating manual / computerized and reconcile
5 Daily stock checking for valuable item.ie .Reinf ,Strand ,cement, 10mm,20mm,crush/River sand Admixture ,Diesel, water
6 Generating Various reports like daily consumption, Monthly receipt
7 Study & Analysis of wastage and consumption pattern of the material and give the feedback to the concerned HOD.
8 Yearly work stock valuation, Inventory control, record keeping
9 Monthly reconciliation of material with production dept
10 Checking All Material inward
11 Update computerized store system
12 Bill Checking of suppliers As per GRN
13 Physical verification of stock. Receipt and issue of materials
14 Prepare GRN (goods receipt note) Against Purchase orders.
15 Proper storage and codification of materials to ensure good housekeeping
16 Physical verification of stock
17 Indent follow up with purchase department
18 Submit monthly reports i.e. monthly stock statement
19 Submit monthly reports to Store In charge i.e. monthly stock statement, material received

Computer Skills – The candidate should be well versed/ informed in Excel, eMail & knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
Languages – Marathi, Hindi and English communication.
